- Further development, implementation, and standardization of Global Inside Sales processes at all locations
- Technical and commercial pre-sales consulting as well as professional support for national and international customers
- Active acquisition of new customers and expansion of the existing customer portfolio
- Offer management including pricing, approvals, offer tracking, and closing
- After-sales support and contact person for the field sales team
- Monitoring, ensuring, and validating master data quality in the ERP and CRM systems
- Regular reports, status reports, and presentations
Your profile
- Completed commercial training/degree or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in cross-border internal sales
- Initial experience in project management in an international environment
- Intercultural competence and ability to work in a team
- High level of customer focus and commitment
- Confident in using merchandise management systems, CRM systems, MS Office, and reporting tools
- Very good German and English skills
